You will lead campaigns across digital, print, social media, and live events, collaborate with a graphic designer, and leverage CRM for email campaigns. The role requires a Bachelor's in marketing and 2+ years of marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years in marketing with strong campaign execution and analytics.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of high-quality, compelling content such as blog articles, newsletters, social media posts, marketing collateral, and press releases.
• Lead the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and live events.
• Contribute to demand generation by supporting lead acquisition, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Lead scheduling, posting, and monitoring content on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn) to align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to convert content into brochures, flyers, infographics, web visuals, and assets.
• Utilize CRM for material creation and support marketing email campaigns through CRM.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter assets like social posts and email snippets.
• Uphold the company’s values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Duties may be modified to meet business needs.
