Female Daily Network in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Brand Partnerships Associate to drive growth with beauty and marketplace brands. You will own onboarding, negotiations, and campaign planning, aligning with marketing and finance.

You will manage brand targets, analyze performance, and build strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth operations and revenue growth for assigned brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial, Merchandising, or related roles (beauty/FMCG/retail/marketplace preferred).
• Proven experience in brand acquisition, partnership, or managing brand/vendor accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of sales targets, pricing, promotions, commissions and planning.
• Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and building relationships with brand partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance, stock, and campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing commercial campaigns, promotions, or brand events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Approaches and follows up prospective brand partners, and negotiates basic commercial terms based on Commercial Lead criteria
• Prepares onboarding documents with Legal and Finance
• Manages onboarding, including product setup, listing, and system training
• Prepares annual/quarterly brand business plans covering sales targets and growth initiatives
• Serves as the main contact for brand partners on operational and commercial matters
• Owns and drives achievement of sales targets for assigned brands
• Analyzes sales performance and sell-through, and takes corrective action when needed
• Proposes pricing and promotional mixes to optimize sales
• Plans and executes brand campaigns/events from brief to post-mortem
• Coordinates with Marketing on materials and placement execution
• Monitors stock, forecasts demand, and plans replenishment with Warehouse/Ops
• Produces actionable weekly/monthly sales, campaign, and event performance reports
• Reconciles sales and brand partner payout data with Finance
