Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail industry will be advantageous.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and good communication skills.
• Comfortable working under high workload and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order (PO) process for OMNI channel in SAP and ensure timely store uploads.
• Coordinate tester and POSM allocation to stores/office as requested.
• Track import schedules to WH and bi-weekly stock updates.
• Reconcile weekly SAP stock for doors/consignments with SPV; adjust as needed.
• Maintain SAP price lists and register new launches/items.
• Close end-of-month accruals and report to BGM/Finance controller.
• Create new vendor registrations after approvals.
• Process order recap tools/ad hoc requests with vendor after approvals.
• Provide office support for business trips for the team when needed.
