With 2–3 years in marketing, the candidate will collaborate with regional teams, manage campaigns across PR, social media, and digital channels, and maintain premium brand positioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis ability.
• Good project management skills and ability to work with medium to large teams.
• Good presentation skills.
• High resilience, agility, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and possess strong business acumen.
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Knowledge in Google Analytics is a plus.
• Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, digital) to build brand desirability and strengthen positioning.
• Collaborate with Regional team for marketing plans and execution; present business reviews and campaign performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and campaign metrics to drive action plans.
• Coordinate with agencies to translate brand visuals and manage external partnerships.
• Organize Marketing & PR events and ensure KPI-driven post mortem reports.
• Support cross-functional departments with product questions and campaigns.
