Job summary

PT KOHEI THE LABEL is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage social media, plan content, and supervise campaigns from Bali. You will work across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and timely posting.

The role involves coordinating photoshoots, product listings, and customer interactions while upholding the premium KOHEI image. You will thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and support events and collaborations.

Job description

• Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms
• Plan and schedule content
• Coordinate story posting and community engagement
• Reply to comments and assist with influencer communication
• Help maintain a strong and consistent brand image

Photoshoot & Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate photoshoots, models, photographers, MUA, and locations
• Prepare moodboards and shoot schedules
• Organize samples, styling, steaming, and logistics
• Ensure all looks and products are prepared for shoots
• Assist with behind-the-scenes content and campaign execution

E-commerce & Website

• Update Shopify website and product listings
• Upload products, descriptions, and imagery
• Monitor online stock and inventory coordination
• Support online launches and product organization

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website
• Assist customers with sizing, products, exchanges, and orders
• Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the KOHEI brand

Operations & Administration

• Assist with stock organization and coordination between boutique/atelier
• Help organize marketing activations and collaborations
• Support day-to-day brand operations

Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or creative industries
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good English (written & spoken)
• Experience with social media and content coordination
• Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills
