Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience in content development, social media management, corporate publications, and brand communication.
• Good understanding of public relations, digital communications, and corporate branding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content creation tools and website CMS platforms.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Experience in B2B, technology, engineering, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate communication strategies, prepare press releases, and manage media relations to strengthen reputation.
• Create and edit corporate content, including articles, profiles, newsletters, annual reports, and presentations.
• Manage social media channels and website content calendars; monitor digital performance.
• Maintain corporate identity and ensure brand guidelines are followed across materials.
• Develop marketing collateral to support business development activities.
• Create internal communications materials and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Support communication activities for exhibitions, conferences, partnerships, and events.
• Monitor performance, produce reports, and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging.
