Job summary

Jotun, based in Jabodetabek, Indonesia, is seeking a Communication Specialist to plan and implement effective communication initiatives that align with corporate identity and strategic priorities. You will collaborate with Regional Marketing to attract customers and strengthen brand visibility across multiple channels.

The role requires a bachelor's or master's in communications or related fields, at least two years in communications strategy, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• At least two years of working experience in communications strategy development
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated communication programs across mass media, digital platforms, and other relevant channels to strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and corporate image.
• Plan and deliver communication content and materials for various stakeholders, including press releases, presentations, publications, websites, videos, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Manage digital communication platforms and campaigns, ensuring effective content, design, usability, and consistency with Jotun’s corporate identity and brand guidelines.
• Plan and manage marketing events, branding, sponsorships, and public relations activities to enhance brand presence and support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Advise and support internal and external communications, including media handling, issue and risk communication, to ensure consistent and professional messaging that protects and strengthens Jotun’s reputation.
• Manage and coordinate external agencies and partners for advertising, public relations, creative materials, events, videos, web, and social media deliverables, ensuring quality, creativity, and compliance with company guidelines.
