Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or brand activation.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in time management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement in-store experiences to boost customer engagement, including new brand launches, private labels, and special projects like pop-up stores.
• Create multimedia elements (displays, videos, music) to enhance the customer journey.
• Oversee store display areas (windows, booths, bazaars) and handle related requests.
• Collaborate on events and partnerships to elevate the store experience.
• Train and guide store teams on design execution.
