Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail/jewelry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Exceptional creativity with keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand vision and campaigns.
• Design and execute eye-catching displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for cohesive branding across platforms.
