Job summary

Moelle in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Trade Marketing professional to drive events, store campaigns, and product launches. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver aligned campaigns and manage external vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in trade marketing or related fields, strong PM and communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize KPIs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Event Management, Retail Marketing, BTL, or related fields.
• Experience handling sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and store campaigns.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and trade marketing activations.
• Plan and execute store campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.
• Manage event and campaign vendors, agencies, contractors, and external partners.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, quotations, production, and campaign expenses.
• Monitor campaign/event execution for brand compliance.
• Analyze performance based on KPIs and prepare improvement plans.
