Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• 1-2 years exp as Account Executive in Brand Activation Agency.
• Experience handling Activation Project for long term period / roadshow.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A pro-active approach to creative projects.
• Experience of working as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and budget restraint awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand activation campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and campaign optimizations.
• Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand requirements.
• Quality control of all work submitted to clients.
• Disclose project details to clients and team members.
• Monitor all stages of project/event to ensure smooth execution.
• Write status reports to keep clients and peers updated.
• Ensure project stays within allocated budget.
