Job summary

PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Universal is seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead fund collection and credit activities, driving targets through strategic leadership and team development.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities of team leaders, evaluating performance, delivering training, ensuring compliance with procedures, and preparing monthly fund collection and credit reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Target oriented with strong sales and business development skills.
• Good communication and negotiating skills.
• Experience in developing policies/strategies for fund collection and credit.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and strategies for collecting funds and credit.
• Prepare policies and strategies for resolving problem loans.
• Coordinate daily activities of all team leaders by checking visit plans and daily call reports.
• Hold regular meetings to discuss the development/growth of fund collection and credit.
• Regularly assess staff performance using established methods and systems.
• Carry out training, coaching and mentoring for all staff under supervision.
• Coordinate and supervise operational activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare monthly reports on fund collection and credit activities for leadership.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by Bank management within the scope of duties.

• Coordinate and supervise operational activities in each operational section to ensure accuracy and compliance with Applicable Systems and Procedures.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports regarding fund collection and credit activities for leadership.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by Bank management/Directors as long as they are within the scope of the Bank's duties.
