Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate multiple branches in the Bogor region. You will lead branch events, promotions, and marketing activities to boost student engagement and enrollment.

The role requires proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations, plus strong people management and bilingual communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with startup experience considered an advantage.

Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.

Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.

Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.

Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.

Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
