PT. Kokuo Harmonia Indonesia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology center.

You will lead a service‑driven team, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. You will collaborate with marketing and HR, recruit and develop staff, monitor performance, and report insights to management.

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or wellness settings.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, customer-centric service.
Manage and support therapists, frontline staff and operations team for high performance.
Monitor and drive branch sales while controlling costs and stock.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety and service at all times.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly with professionalism.
Collaborate with marketing to execute local promotions and campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
Partner with HR on staff recruitment, training and development.
