Job summary

PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara is seeking a capable Branch Manager to lead our Indonesia center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure student safety, maintain center cleanliness, and manage learning timetables.

You will also develop and supervise staff quality, handle essential administrative tasks, and drive OKR targets including revenue, profitability, and student satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and market-facing marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the center, including safety of students and cleanliness of the center, and managing learning timetables.
• Manage and improve the quality of the center's staff and teachers.
• Perform important administrative tasks for the center.
• Ensure branch achieves OKR targets (Revenue, profitability, number of students, student satisfaction, and retention) in accordance with the annual budget.
• Prepare an annual business plan and monthly reports for management.
• Create consistent marketing activities and utilize the area's business potential.
