Job summary

PT. Kokuo Harmonia Indonesia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology center.

You will lead a service‑driven team, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. You will collaborate with marketing and HR, recruit and develop staff, monitor performance, and report insights to management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or wellness settings.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, customer-centric service.

We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology centers. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing and developing a high-performing team, and achieving operational and sales excellence. We’re looking for a hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer‑centric service.
• Manage and support a team of therapists, frontline staff and other operations staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Monitor and drive branch sales performance while controlling operational costs, including stock and resource management.
• Maintain high standards of Kokuo’s cleanliness, comfort, safety and service at all times.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
• Collaborate with HR on staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education Level : D3 / S1 with major is Communication, Hospitality & Tourism., Also be open for another major that related with our vacancy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in Hotel, Spa, Wellness or other hospitality sectors.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or POS systems is an advantage.
• Available to work on weekends or public holidays as needed.
