Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Branch Funding Manager to lead the branch's funding initiatives and drive sales performance. You will supervise the sales team, collaborate with the Branch Service Manager to ensure compliant operations, and foster a productive working environment.

The role requires strong banking knowledge, proven team leadership, and excellent communication skills to develop and implement effective funding strategies in a high-volume branch setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 5–6 years of experience in the banking industry
• 3–4 years of experience leading a sales team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
