Job summary

PT Mulia Mega Makmur (JD TOYOTA) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing automotive branch. You will develop strategies, coach the team, and ensure operations comply with corporate standards while delivering superior customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with headquarters, dealers, and main dealers to drive growth and maintain the brand reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management.
• 3+ years as Branch Manager in automotive industry.
• Experience with Toyota brand preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement business plans.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the branch team with coaching and development.
• Ensure branch operations adhere to standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.

Job Classification

Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the automotive field, preferably with the Toyota brand.

Ability to develop and implement business plan.

Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team effectively.

Ability to coordinate with Management and other stakeholders.

Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented, with a focus on achieving company objectives.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including dealers and main dealers.
