Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, drive sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee staff, manage risk, and implement product strategies across the branch network.

In this role you will build and deepen customer relationships, monitor performance, and work with internal teams to minimize losses while maximizing branch revenue. Strong leadership and focus on process excellence are essential.

Job Description

Branch Management is responsible for all functions, staff, and daily operations of branches. Includes maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition. Manages the staff and business within the branch network at various levels.
