Job summary

Glorious Sun Co., Ltd in Bali is seeking Store Sales Assistants to drive in-store sales, engage customers and provide attentive service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for professional, energetic and dependable Store Sales Assistants to join our Bali store. Your main responsibility is direct in-store selling: confidently approaching customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and completing sales professionally. This is an active, customer-facing position requiring strong personal selling skills, attentive service and consistent participation in daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

Proactively welcome and engage customers, providing attentive service throughout their visit.

Identify customer needs through relevant questions and careful listening.

Recommend suitable products, sizes, fits and outfit combinations.

Explain product materials, features, care instructions, prices and promotions accurately.

Confidently close sales and recommend complementary products through appropriate cross-selling and upselling.

Work toward individual and store sales targets and agreed KPIs, including conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.

Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the brand, products and new collections.

Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Process POS transactions, payments and receipts accurately when assigned.

Handle exchanges and returns within company procedures and approval limits.

About you

At least one year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor or in a comparable customer-facing fashion retail role.

Demonstrated ability to sell directly to customers and work toward sales targets.

Friendly, confident and proactive approach to customer engagement.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Honest, responsible, punctual and dependable.

Willingness to learn detailed product information and follow company procedures.

Professional presentation appropriate for an international fashion brand.

Comfortable using a POS system and handling retail transactions.

Able to perform an active retail role involving standing, walking, customer assistance, merchandising and stock replenishment.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Conversational English is strongly preferred, as the store serves international customers.
