Bali Jobs Recruitment by Claire Tomkins is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a boutique, cliffside Bali venue. You will lead day-to-day operations spanning restaurant, garden, lawn and bars, from brunch through dinner, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Directors, oversee service culture, manage costs, inventory and staff rosters, and coordinate with engineering, security and housekeeping to deliver a seamless guest journey in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior operational leadership role within luxury or high-volume venues.
• Proven floor leadership and coordination with Head Chef and service teams.
• Extensive Manager on Duty experience covering cash handling, escalations, VIP/complaints.
• Strong daily sales close reviews, cost control, stock management within budget.
• Labor budgeting, 40-hour rosters, HRIS approvals, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead venue floor operations during service across restaurant, garden, lawn and bars.
• Protect guest experience, manage escalations and uphold service standards.
• Review daily sales close, voids, discounts, and comps in Quinos.
• Approve rosters and leaves within 40-hour weeks; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Prepare MOD roster ensuring proper rotation with Head Chef as back-up.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping for guest matters.
• Support marketing activities, events, and DJ programming.
• Maintain relations with neighbours, suppliers and the local community.
