Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in export, shipping, logistics, or documentation.
• Proficient with export docs, customs rules, bonded zone procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ship arrivals and verify documents are complete.
• Prepare Export Declarations and related shipping documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and authorities.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with food/feed safety requirements.
• Record monthly export realizations and update monitoring tools.
