Job summary

PT Hon Chuan Indonesia is seeking a skilled technician with a D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of industry experience. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting blowing machinery, reading engineering drawings, and applying autonomous maintenance practices, K3 and quality systems.

Overtime and shift work are required. The candidate will perform routine machine checks, startups and parameter adjustments to ensure smooth production and high quality.

Qualifications

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a technician.
• Knowledge of blowing machines (Sidel).
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings.
• Familiar with Autonomous Maintenance, K3 and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Daily checks for production and auxiliary machines.
• Machine start-up, shutdown and parameter adjustment.
