Job summary

Pt Dsl Indonesia in Bekasi is seeking a skilled Machinery Maintenance Mechanic to join our industrial operations team. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and execute repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and sustain high production standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on problem-solving abilities, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a West Java manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machinery Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all types of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures, troubleshoot issues, and execute timely and effective repairs.
• Dismantle, assemble, and install machinery and mechanical systems according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols during maintenance tasks.
