Job summary

GoldenAgri in Indonesia is seeking a Bio-Process Production Specialist to lead planning, scheduling, and supervision of bio-chemical production operations in Bogor.

You will manage PPIC, coordinate targets, maintain minimum stock, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement with Lean, 5S, and TPM practices.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Biotechnology or related field, 4–5 years of production experience, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Biology, Bioprocess, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge in PPIC, production operations, microbiology, and bio-industry.
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Familiar with Quality Management System, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Ensure minimum stock availability for production operations.
• Monitor production budget utilization and operational efficiency.
• Supervise equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration.
• Prepare production and operational reports.
• Propose product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower allocation within production operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.
• Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.
