Job summary

PT Menjangan Sakti in Bandung seeks a Senior Sales Executive – Biotech & Device to drive growth in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and related sectors. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand the customer network with a focus on high-value solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry, at least 2 years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related science.
• At least 2 years of sales/marketing experience.
• Experience with analytical development, QC, R&D, or HPLC is a plus.
• Established network in pharmaceutical, F&B, vaccine, cosmetic, laboratory, university, or research institutions preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for Biotech & Device products in the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage, vaccine, cosmetic, laboratory, university, and research institution segments.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and principals to support customer requirements and sales activities.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
