Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support financial operations in East Java. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, tax, or audits, with strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations.

You will process invoices, handle payments, manage journal entries, and support budgeting and financial reporting in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, tax, audit, or similar functions.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, payment processes, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experienced in invoice processing, vendor payments, cash and bank transactions, journal entries, and financial administration.
• Familiar with budget monitoring, purchase order administration, employee-related payments, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced with accounting or enterprise management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective teamwork.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site in East Java.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and prepare payments to vendors with accurate coding.
• Record cash and bank transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain financial records.
• Support financial reporting and monthly close activities.
• Monitor budgets and assist with PO administration.
• Handle employee-related payments and vendor queries with coordination.
