Job summary

PT. XCMG GROUP INDONESIA – 徐工印尼公司 seeks a Training Specialist to compile and implement employee training and development programs, and to teach Indonesian to Chinese expatriate staff and Mandarin to Indonesian staff.

The role includes developing language training materials aligned with workplace needs and evaluating learning outcomes. You will manage training schedules, documentation, data, and activity reports, and coordinate with departments to identify training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; HR, Mandarin Chinese Education, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Ability to teach, develop training materials, and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Experience in training or language teaching is valued.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile & implement employee training and development programs.
• Teach Indonesian language to Chinese expatriate staff and Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian staff.
• Develop language training materials aligned with workplace communication and job requirements.
