Job summary

BaliLife Daycare & Kindy is seeking compassionate caregivers to support babies aged 0–2 years in a warm, secure setting. You will assist with feeding, diaper changes, naps, and personal hygiene, while engaging children in enriching activities that promote development.

You will build trusting relationships with families and collaborate with a small team to ensure high-quality care. Effective communication in English is required to coordinate with parents and staff, and to adhere to daily

• Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diaper changing, nap time, and personal hygiene.
• Engage babies in fun, age-appropriate activities that support their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Build positive and caring relationships with babies, parents, and team members.
• Monitor each baby's well-being, development, and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members in English.
• Work closely with other teachers and caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to babies' needs.
• Follow daycare policies, safety procedures, and daily schedules.
