Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group mencari tenaga perawat untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien inpatients di fasilitas rumah sakit. Anda akan melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan sesuai kompetensi, melalui penilaian awal hingga perawatan berlanjut serta dokumentasi medis yang akurat.

Posisi ini mensyaratkan lulusan Diploma D3 Keperawatan atau Kebidanan dengan pengalaman klinis minimal enam bulan di unit inpatient, berkomunikasi secara efektif, serta berkomitmen pada mutu dan keselamatan pasien.

Qualifications

• Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pasien, keluarga, dan tim medis.
• Melakukan tindakan keperawatan sesuai SOP dan kompetensi.
• Memahami etika profesi dan keselamatan pasien.
• Mengelola administrasi rekam medis dan pelaporan keperawatan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan perawatan keperawatan untuk pasien inpatients sesuai tanggung jawabnya.
• Melakukan tugas pagi, sore, dan malam secara bergantian sesuai roster kepala perawat.
• Memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi independen sesuai kompetensi.
• Ikut serta dalam program peningkatan mutu layanan dan keselamatan pasien di ruang perawatan.
• Menyiapkan fasilitas agar pelayanan keperawatan berjalan lancar dan aman, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja.

Job description

• Carrying out nursing care to all inpatients under his/her responsibility, as well as providing nursing services in accordance with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy and goals of the nursing division as well as implementing nursing service quality policies and room work targets
• Carry out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Carry out morning, afternoon and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse
• Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Providing nursing care with independent nursing intervention in accordance with the competencies and qualifications possessed,
• Carry out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Actively participate in the implementation of hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs as well as quality improvement programs in their rooms
• Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Preparing facilities for the smooth running of nursing services and making it easier for patients/families to provide services by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all the equipment needed is functioning properly and that medicines and other health equipment are needed. required are available and ready to use, Support the cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment.
• Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Carrying out nursing actions according to applicable standard operational procedures based on the limits of ability and competence possessed.

• Carrying out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Receive, check the completeness of medical records and prepare patients for treatment.
• Carry out the main responsibility for implementing and maintaining the medical recording and reporting system: Implementing and maintaining the nursing care recording and reporting system appropriately and correctly, so as to create an accurate information and communication system
• Carrying out primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Reading reports to find out patient conditions and clarifications, action plans/diagnostic examinations, plans for incoming and discharged patients
• Carry out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Handover patients to the next shift nurse.
• Carrying out responsibilities towards patients/customers who are being treated in-patient: Displaying a polite attitude, effective and therapeutic communication to internal and external customers
• Carry out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated inpatient: Introduce yourself and inform the patient and family of the substitute midwife who will continue nursing care on each shift.
