Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated nurse with a D3 in Nursing to deliver high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will follow hospital guidelines, participate in safety programs, and support a smooth, patient-centered care process.

Responsibilities include rotating shifts, preparing facilities, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with doctors and other departments, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) in Nursing.
  • Minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out nursing care to all outpatients under one's responsibility.
  • Implement Nursing Services: rotate morning, afternoon and evening duties according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse.
  • Prepare facilities for smooth nursing services, ensuring safety and comfort of rooms, that required equipment, medications, and other necessary health equipment are functioning and available.
  • Carry out nursing actions in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures within one's limits of ability and competence.
  • Provide nursing care to clients at all levels of maternity and midwifery by applying nursing practice standards.
  • Implement and maintain medical recording and reporting systems: check completeness of records, prepare patients for treatment, maintain nursing care recording system appropriately to create accurate information & communication, read reports to determine patient's condition, plan diagnostic examinations, handle admission/discharge planning, and hand over patients to next shift nurse.
  • Handle responsibilities for in-patient patients: display polite, therapeutic communication to internal and external customers, introduce oneself and notify patient/family of substitute midwife, provide orientation and room rules for new patients.
  • Collaborate with doctors, medical rehabilitation, pharmacy, related departments/units, patients' family/companions, and visitors.

  • Carry out nursing care to all outpatients under one's responsibility, providing nursing services in line with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy, and the nursing division's objectives, and implement nursing service quality policies and room work targets.
  • Implement Nursing Services: rotate morning, afternoon and evening duties according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse, provide nursing care with independent nursing intervention in accordance with competencies and qualifications, and actively participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs.
  • Prepare facilities for smooth nursing services, ensuring safety and comfort of rooms, that required equipment, medications, and other necessary health equipment are functioning and available, and support a clean, tidy work environment.
  • Carry out nursing actions in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures within one's limits of ability and competence.
  • Provide nursing care to clients at all levels of maternity and midwifery by applying nursing practice standards: assess patients at admission and continuously, determine nursing problems, set goals and targets to overcome problems, carry out nursing actions/therapy as per patient needs, continually observe and monitor health condition, educate patients/families, and evaluate nursing actions/therapy.
