Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to support business development by coordinating bid responses, managing vendor registrations, and maintaining capability documents and CV databases for small to mid-sized bids.

You will ensure smooth support for client-facing proposals, help prepare marketing collateral, and coordinate with solution teams to align bids with governance and brand standards. ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive responsibility in marketing, bid coordination, or business development administration.
• Experience with proposal writing and client management tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare bid responses for BAU proposals, ensuring timely submission and governance alignment.
• Manage vendor registrations and pre-qualification processes to support future opportunities.
• Maintain CV and case study databases and curate capability statements for bids.
• Organise and facilitate bid team meetings, logistics, and action tracking.
• Support marketing collateral management and ensure branding alignment across documents.
