Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, passionate and sales-driven BIAB Nail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert structured gel manicures ensuring high standards of customer service and hygiene is maintained. A key focus of this position is the ability to seamlessly upsell services and retail items, enhancing both the client’s wellness experience and your monthly commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Nail Care: Provide expert BIAB applications, structural overlays, infills and safe removals.
• Active Upselling: Proactively recommend and add on luxurious treatments, such as coordinating a specialized foot scrub during pedicures or extending a standard hand massage.
• Retail Promotion: Educate clients on nail health and wellness, confidently upselling retail items (eg cuticle oils, hand creams, take-home care kits) to support their lifestyle.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict sanitation standards for all nail tools, massage linens and workstations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Nail Technician: Proof of qualification in manicures/pedicures and specific certification in Builder Gel / BIAB.
• Sales & Upselling Confidence: Proven ability or strong desire to meet sales targets, pitch add-ons naturally and recommend retail products with a consultive approach.
• Customer Service: Must be able to confidently speak English. Strong communication skills with a warm, welcoming and professional demeanour.
• Experience with cash handling and daily cashing-up procedures.
• Previous team leadership experience or supervisory experience.

What we offer

Commission: 5% commission on services and 10% commission on retail sales.

Expected take-home: 6,000,000+ IDR per month (Base + commission average)

Working Hours

10:00am – 7:00pm shift structure: 5/6 days per week on a rotating roster basis (Studio is open 7 days a week; weekend availability is required).
