Job summary

Jet Black Ginger in Bali seeks a proactive Salon Manager to lead daily operations, uplift client experience, and uphold the brand’s culture across two locations in Bingin and Berawa.

You will coach and develop the team, drive KPIs, manage scheduling, and ensure top-notch service while maintaining high standards. Immediate start with a KPI-based monthly salary structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or leadership role (salon, beauty, or hospitality is a plus).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication, including handling client concerns professionally.
• Comfortable with KPIs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Positive, hands-on attitude and a passion for creating a high-performing team culture.

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Jet Black Ginger. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards and culture.
