Qualifications

• Certified in lash lifting and tinting, plus brow lamination, with a recent portfolio.
• Formal training in facial waxing or brow precision is preferred.
• Strong eye anatomy knowledge, sanitation and chemical safety.
• Attention to symmetry and color matching for brows and lashes.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a precise, detail-oriented and passionate Lash & Brow Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for transformative eye and brow enhancements. You will specialize in low-maintenance, high-impact treatments focusing on flawless lash lifts, tints, brow laminations and meticulous hair removal to frame our clients' faces perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lash Enhancements: Perform professional lash lifts and tints safely, ensuring proper shield placement, processing times and eye protection.
• Brow Lamination: Execute high-quality brow lamination treatments, managing chemical processing times to achieve a sleek, brushed-up, uniform look.
• Precision Brow Shaping: Sculpt brows to complement client face shapes using a combination of waxing, plucking (tweezing) and threading (if applicable).
• Custom Tinting: Mix and apply custom brow tints or hybrid stains to match client hair tones and preferences.
• Consultations: Conduct mandatory consultations to agree on shape and colour before starting client treatments.
• Retail & Upselling: Recommend appropriate aftercare products (like brow gels or lash conditioning serums) to maximize treatment longevity.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict sanitation standards for all tools, linens and workstations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Specialist: Valid certifications in Lash Lifting & Tinting and Brow Lamination with a recent portfolio of work.
• Hair Removal Competency: Formal training or qualification in facial/brow waxing and precision tweezing.
• Anatomy & Safety Knowledge: Deep understanding of hair structure, eye anatomy, sanitation protocols and chemical processing safety.
• Attention to Detail: An artistic eye for symmetry, facial mapping and color matching.
• Communication: Must be able to confidently speak English. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills to build long-term client trust.
• Experience with cash handling and daily cashing-up procedures.
• Previous team leadership experience or supervisory experience.

What we offer:

• Commission: 5% commission on services and 10% commission on retail sales.
• Expected take-home: 6,000,000+ IDR per month (Base + commission average)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift Structure: 5 days per week on a rotating roster basis (Studio is open 7 days a week; weekend availability is required).
