Job summary

Meliá Hotels International in Jakarta seeks a Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across our hotel outlets. You will develop beverage menus, promotions, and ensure drink quality and presentation to drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage stock, suppliers and cost control, supervise and train the bar team, maintain equipment and hygiene standards, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding the brand's luxury service ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage, bar, or F&B management.
