Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across bars and outlets.

• Ensure high standards of drink quality, service, and presentation.
• Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment condition, and operational readiness.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Support financial goals through revenue growth and efficient control.
