Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) in Palembang seeks a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will assess children, develop treatment plans, and work with families and educators to improve daily living and skills development in the Palembang area.

Role requires at least 3 years of pediatric OT experience, Indonesian licensure, and strong communication to empower children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions for children.
• Certification in sensory integration therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for children with various developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group activities to promote child development.
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for home-based practice.
• Collaborate effectively with pediatricians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
