Job summary

MOP Beauty is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate offline brand presence through cohesive in-store displays and seasonal campaigns. You will design and oversee production-ready visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and store layouts across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field and 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience in beauty or retail.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to boost offline brand visibility and sales.
Design and set up engaging in-store displays reflecting current trends and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with business development, marketing and sales to optimize store layouts and customer experience.
Oversee production and installation of visual elements ensuring quality and timeliness.
Enforce brand consistency across all offline touchpoints with clear merchandising guidelines.
Support seasonal and promotional campaigns with compelling displays.
Lead projects within timelines and budgets, coordinating with suppliers and teams.
Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve merchandising practices.
