Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations and campaigns.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and recruit KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand image and target audience.
