Job summary

For Skin’s Sake in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated videographer/editor to create product and lifestyle videos that reflect the brand’s transparent, science-driven identity. You will lead shoots, craft visual narratives, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver on-brand content across social channels and campaigns.

The role requires 2+ years of videography and editing, proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of videography and editing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio of product, campaign, or cinematic content required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Capture video shoots for products and campaigns with cinematic style aligned to brand.
• Set up lighting, framing, and composition reflecting brand aesthetics.
• Edit and color grade across social, ads, and campaigns from rough to final cut.
• Coordinate production timelines with producers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will:

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Conduct video shoots for products, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand’s direction.
• Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
• Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs.
• Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media format, ads, and campaign videos).
• Work closely with the creative team, talents, and photographers throughout the production process.
• Coordinate production timelines with the producer to ensure on-time project delivery.

You are:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and editing (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus).
• Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, lighting setups, and visual storytelling.
• Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong color grading skills.
• Understands the full production workflow: pre-production → production → post-production.
• Able to work collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Creative, with a strong sense of beauty and modern-minimalist visual style.
• A video portfolio is required (product, campaign, or cinematic content).
• Additional skills in motion graphics and text animation are highly preferred.
