Personal Brand Content Manager working closely with a CEO & founder of a fast-growing beauty brand in Jakarta. This role involves capturing content in real time, creating short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and ensuring online presence reflects the brand's voice, energy, and values. You will shadow at events, meetings, travels, and behind-the-scenes moments to turn them into high-impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars around brand pillars (entrepreneurship, feminine lifestyle, relationships/love)
• Capture and edit short-form videos, including captions, subtitles, and sound selection
• Research social trends in Jakarta and globally, and adapt them to the personal voice
• Maintain a consistent, polished aesthetic while keeping it natural and authentic
• Work directly with the CEO to understand personality, humor, and brand philosophy

About you

• Based in Jakarta and comfortable being mobile (events, meetings, shoots)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Korean is a plus)
• Skilled in filming and editing for social media (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Comfortable with a bold, feminine, and slightly provocative tone
• Discreet, trustworthy, and good at reading people's energy
