Job summary

CV Kopi Terbaik Nusantara is seeking a Bar Team Coordinator to ensure SOPs are followed across every shift and to coach new staff through probation, delivering fast, excellent service.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock with FIFO, and complete daily opening/closing inventory. This role supports upselling and product knowledge across Kelapa Gading, BSD, SCBD Jaksel, Bekasi, and Kemayoran. Willing to be placed across all branches and work in shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Coordinator/PIC outlet.
• SCA certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in espresso-based drinks, latte art and manual brew.
• Willing to work in shift system.
• Willing to be placed across all branches (Kelapa Gading, BSD, SCBD Jaksel, Bekasi, Kemayoran).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Bar Team executes all Standard Operating Procedures at each shift.
• Provide coaching to new team members to successfully complete their probation period.
• Ensure customers receive fast and excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment in good, complete condition.
• Understand stock calculations and FIFO methods.
• Complete daily inventory reports (opening & closing).
• Demonstrate capability in product sales and upselling.
