Job summary

Dewa Cafe is seeking a friendly and passionate Barista to join our Pre-opening team. You will craft high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create an outstanding cafe experience for guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Barista experience, strong English communication as a bonus, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Join us in building a vibrant cafe culture at our new venue.

Qualifications

Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel.
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages.
Familiarity with coffee equipment and basic maintenance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
Good personal grooming and hygiene.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory shortages.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Process customer orders and payments accurately when required.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
