• Minimum 6–12 months experience as a barista with understanding of commercial espresso machines and manual brew methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso, manual brew coffee, specialty iced coffee, mocktails, and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet visitors, provide menu recommendations, and process cashier transactions efficiently.
• Ensure consistent taste and temperature of beverages and calibrate espresso machines daily.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and manage coffee equipment and seating areas per hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock of beans, milk, syrups and other ingredients; record restocking needs.
