PT. Kampoeng Kuliner Sukses Makmur (KKSM) is seeking a barista to prepare beverages and maintain bar standards at Sekampoeng by Kampoeng Steak in Surabaya. The role focuses on consistency of taste, quality, presentation, and speed of service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of barista experience, solid knowledge of espresso-based drinks and equipment, and are friendly, quick, and detail-oriented to work well within a team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or strong basic barista skills.
• Understand basic espresso-based drinks, non-coffee beverages, coffee knowledge, and bar equipment operation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients, check stock, and maintain bar equipment.
• Keep bar area clean, neat, and sanitised according to SOP.
• Provide friendly, communicative service and coordinate with outlet team.

Create and serve coffee, non-coffee, and other beverages according to Kampoeng Steak recipes and standards. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and speed of beverage service. Workplace at Sekampoeng by Kampoeng Steak (Baratajaya, Gubeng, Surabaya)
