Job summary

Cake Empire Bali is expanding and we’re looking for a friendly, passionate Barista to join our growing team at our new boutique dessert café in Bali. You will craft high-quality coffee and handcrafted beverages, welcome guests with warmth, and contribute to memorable experiences for every visitor.

You’ll work closely with our kitchen team, operate the POS, keep the cafe tidy, restock displays, and help with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café or hospitality environment is preferred.
• A passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for people.
• Well presented, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
