Job summary

IBMC, assisting a premier beach club and lifestyle venue in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, seeks a dynamic Bar Manager to lead the bar operations and beverage program. This floor-active leadership role requires strong financial acumen and team management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, design menus, manage inventory and costs, and ensure health and safety standards while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in bar management or supervision in high-volume venues.
• Strong mixology knowledge and beverage/menu design experience.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, and stocktaking.
• Excellent leadership and guest service with problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and maintain high service standards on the floor.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop bartenders and staff.
• Design and maintain cocktail, beverage, and wine menus.
• Monitor beverage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Ensure accuracy of recipes, portions, and service procedures.
• Prepare shift rosters to optimize labor costs.
• Maintain bar hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
