Job summary

Allez Group, encompassing PT Omotesando Indonesia and PT Prima Gourmet Indonesia, is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bartending team and ensure exceptional beverage service. You will oversee daily bar operations, inventory, cost controls, and beverage standards, while collaborating with Operations, Kitchen, Purchasing, and QA to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in bar operations, with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and thorough knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, with 1–2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations.
• Experience in managing bar inventory, stock control, ordering, waste, and beverage cost.
• Able to develop and maintain beverage standards, recipes, presentation, and service quality.
• Strong leadership, training, and development of bar teams.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our growing team as Bar Manager.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations.

Experienced in managing bar inventory, stock control, ordering, waste, and beverage cost.

Able to develop and maintain beverage standards, recipes, presentation, and service quality.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and developing bar teams.

Able to monitor daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Good understanding of sales performance, beverage cost, and operational efficiency.

Strong communication and coordination skills with Operations, Kitchen, Purchasing, and other related departments.

Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible beverage service standards.

Guest-oriented, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
