Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking software implementation, core banking, digital banking or payment systems
• Experience with switching/host-to-host integration; ATM/EDC/TCR protocol knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with product principals, Sales Account Managers, and customers related to banking software solutions.
• Understand and execute the product management lifecycle, including planning, requirement gathering, testing, and enhancement.
• Support Sales teams in identifying customer needs and translating them into product and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals based on customer requirements.
• Create product cost calculations with business partners.
• Deliver product and solution presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Communicate project requirements, solution gaps, and product updates to principals and partners.
